"I/me/we" refers to Jess Trevett and "you" refers to you the customer.

Although this website may be viewed be anyone, the content of the website, and it products and services featured ae only directed at and are available to and for use by residents of the the UK.

Website Descriptions

Care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, prices, and images are correct. I have tried to ensure that all colour charts are as accurate as possible, but the images will not take into account the slight differences in your monitor. All prices and offers are subjec to availability, errors and omissions excepted.

Ordering

To select your choice, please use the drop down menu and select from the choice presented. Some sets come with a choice of one or two pearls, and due to the set up of this site, there may be four or more separate product entries which relate to just the one set. Care has been taken to name the products to make this as obvious as possible. If you are unsure about the ordering system, please do not hesitate to contact me by email. If you do not wish to order online, then you can download and print out an order form and send it to me with a cheque for the total.

 Delivery

Despatch time from receipt of order for jewellery is 2-3 days.  If you send your order by post then I will contact you to inform you that I have received your order. You will be contacted again on the day of despatch. All items come in their own presentation box and will be securely wrapped before despatch. For orders under £30 the carrier will be Royal Mail first class recorded delivery charged at £1.95. This will have to be signed for. For orders over £30 the carrier will be Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service charged at £4.95. This is also a signed for service.

Defective Goods

All customers will examine goods on receipt and notify me in writing by email within 7 days of receipt. Please do not send things back to me without contacting me first, and please obtain proof of posting before sending anything. You will then have the choice of cancelling your order and obtaining a refund minus postage costs or you may request another item to be sent.

Cancellation or Returns

If you wish to cancel an order for a commission, no questions asked, then you may do so for a full refund within 2 days of your order. If you cancel later than this, then you will pay for any costs I have induced through undertaking your order.  If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for a refund minus the postage costs. You must inform me in writing by email, and the item must be in unused and undamaged condition, and returned in its original packaging. Please obtain proof of postage before sending anything. 

Privacy Policy

When submitting your order you are confirming to purchase goods and allowing me to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods. Any information given at the time of order may be collected and used for marketing purposes by me only. You will not be contacted by me unless it is to do directly with your order. Paypal is a secure card processor that encrypts your personal card information so that it cannot be viewed by anybody (including me). Your details will not be passed onto/sold/rented to any third parties for any reason. If you have any questions or concerns regarding privacy, please contact me.
